1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to GameAIsle (“GameAIsle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, web platform, mobile applications, and multiplayer game services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Platform Services & Gameplay

GameAIsle provides online, browser-based, and mobile gaming experiences including Track Rush, Survey Showdown, 5-Card Connect, Territory Duel, and Logic Ladder. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, or component of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts & Security

You may play as a guest or create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@gameaisle.app.

4. Fair Play & Acceptable Use

To keep games enjoyable for everyone, you agree NOT to:

  • Use bots, automated scripts, exploits, or memory modification tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
  • Harass, abuse, defame, or use hate speech in usernames, chat messages, or multiplayer lobbies.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our server-authoritative game engine and realtime network protocols.
  • Impersonate GameAIsle staff, administrators, or other players.

5. Intellectual Property

All game titles, artwork, code, sound designs, brand logos, trademarks, and UI components on the Platform are the intellectual property of GameAIsle, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform assets without our explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GAMEAISLE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
